Marianne Glick is President of Glick Training Associates Inc., a firm she founded in 1986 to provide training and consulting services that positively impact organizational effectiveness.  She assists individuals and corporations create a vision for their future, identify actions needed and then implement actions to achieve that vision.  

Looking for a way to positively approach the winter months, Marianne began painting in September of 2004.  Her creativity in the garden gave her such joy that she wanted to continue that creativity when she wasn't able to garden outside.  Many of her initial paintings focused on capturing the beauty of the flowers in her garden..   Her painting "Dianthus" was accepted in a juried show sponsored by the Watercolor Society of Indiana and one titled "Cocktails in the Carribean" by California Art Day. Her painting "Harbor Lights" was shown in the Hoosier Salon's 2009 annual exhibit at the Indiana State Museum and Women's Works 2010 exchibit at the Old Courthouse Gallery in Woodstock, Illinois. Her painting, "Startled by the Storm," received an award from the Tampa chapter of the International Society of Acrylic Painters in November of 2009.
